Objective: To determine the relationship between TSH levels and BMI in individuals from a Christian institution in Villa María del Triunfo, Lima, 2022. Method: The deductive method was used, with a quantitative approach, basic type, non-experimental, correlational, cross-sectional, and prospective design. The sample consisted of 100 individuals, and the survey technique was employed, with a questionnaire as the instrument. Additionally, weight and height were measured, and blood analyses were conducted to determine TSH levels using the immunochromatography assay. Results: A significant relationship was demonstrated between diet and TSH levels, and a weak positive relationship (Rho= +0.228) was found between BMI and TSH levels in individuals with TSH values within the normal range. Conclusion: It was determined that Thyroid-Stimulating Hormone levels were related to Body Mass Index in individuals from a Christian institution in Villa María del Triunfo
