    Knowledge and practices of the nursing professional in the assessment of sedoanalgesia in patients with mechanical ventilation in the intensive care unit of the Luis Negreiros Vega Hospital, Lima 2022

    Introduction: Knowledge is the action of acquiring new information, through lived events, new knowledge is given. Objective: Determine the relationship that exists between the knowledge and practices of nursing professionals in the assessment of sedoanalgesia in patients with mechanical ventilation in the intensive care unit of the Luis Negreiros Vega Hospital, 2022. Method: quantitative approach; collects information through a questionnaire and its results are presented in tables and graphs. The population of 50 nurses who work in the intensive care unit who work at the Luis Negreiros Vega hospital. After that, the data will be analyzed in the SPSS program and the hypothesis will be approved using the Sperman coefficient statistical test.
