    Level of knowledge of lifestyles and their relationship with healthy lifestyle practices in nursing interns at the Norbert Wiener University, Lima 2023.

    Objective: Determine the relationship between the level of knowledge of lifestyles and healthy lifestyle practices in nursing interns at the Norbert Wiener Lima 2023 Private University. Methodology: Hypothetical – deductive study with a quantitative approach, nonexperimental, correlational, cross section; The population was made up of 100 nursing interns, therefore 80 interns made up the sample. Results. In the dimension of physical activity and sport, recreation and self-care with healthy lifestyle practices, there is a regular level of knowledge with a healthy lifestyle at 86.3%. In the dimension of eating habits with healthy lifestyle practices, there is a regular level of knowledge, with 82.5% having a healthy lifestyle. In the dream dimension with healthy lifestyle practices, there is a regular level of knowledge, with a healthy lifestyle being 81.3%. In terms of knowledge of healthy lifestyle practices, there is a fair level of knowledge of a healthy lifestyle at 80%. Conclusion. There is a regular relationship between the level of knowledge of lifestyles and the practices of healthy lifestyles in the nursing interns of the Norbert Wiener University Lima, 2023.
