La presente investigación tiene como Objetivo: Identificar la relación entre la actitud de la madre y el cumplimiento del esquema de inmunizaciones en niños menores de 5 años del hospital de emergencias de villa el salvador, 2023. Asimismo, en la investigación se empleará el método hipotético – deductivo, será de enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo aplicativa, correlacional, de corte transversal, no experimental y de diseño observacional. La muestra a aplicar en la investigación estará compuesta por 217 individuos a quienes se les aplicará con técnicas la encuesta mediante la aplicación de cuestionarios y lista de cotejos validados y confirmadas; los 2 instrumentos pueden ser aplicados a las personas que cumplan con los criterios de inclusión y puedan ser parte de la muestra de estudio, por la cual podemos luego procesar a través del programa estadístico SPSS todos los resultados de cada dimensión de las variables de estudio y posterior a estas ser presentados mediante gráficos y tablas.

Adherence to hemodialytic treatment and quality of life in patients with chronic renal failure of the nephrology service, National Hospital Arzobispo Loayza, Lima 2023

Objective: The present study aims to determine how adherence to hemodialysis treatment is related to the quality of life in patients with chronic kidney disease in the Nephrology Department of Hospital Nacional Arzobispo Loayza, Lima, 2023. Methodology: The research adopts a quantitative approach, using the hypothetical-deductive method, applied type, non-experimental design, cross-sectional study, and correlational level. The population consists of 80 patients attending the Nephrology Department. Two questionnaires will be applied: “Evaluación de la Adherencia Terapéutica” developed by Claudia Bonilla (Colombia) and validated in Peru by Sánchez with 86% agreement through expert judgment, and the KDQOL-SF-36 questionnaire designed by Ware JE (United States) and validated in Peru by Flores with 89.20% agreement through expert judgment. Both instruments are reliable, with Cronbach's alpha values of 0.81. The database will initially be constructed in Excel, and the statistical software SPSS version 26.0 will be used to create contingency tables and establish the relationship between variables. Hypotheses will be tested using parametric or non-parametric tests as part of inferential statistics, depending on the normality of the results.

Adherence to supplementation with ferrous sulfate and hemoglobin level in children from 6 to 36 months of the Chazuta Health Center, San Martin 2023

Adherence to ferrous sulfate supplementation includes the indication and administration of iron, alone or with other vitamins and minerals, in the form of drops, syrup or tablets to supplement or maintain adequate levels of iron in the body. The main objective seeks to "Determine the relationship between adherence to supplementation with ferrous sulfate and the hemoglobin level in children from 6 to 36 months of age at the Chazuta-2023 Health Center." Deductive methods, correlational, cross-sectional descriptive design will be used. The demonstrated will be census including 100% of the population during the May-July period of this year. To collect the data, the survey technique will be used. For the level of adherence to ferrous sulfate supplementation, the instrument will be used. It is made up of 12 questions that are distributed in 3 dimensions, with 0.816, of Cronbach's alpha reliability. For the hemoglobin level, a technical sheet will be used with a dimension that is the hemoglobin dosage with four indicators. Both instruments modified and validated by Vera and Lora in the year 2020. The data will be statistically processed with the IBM SPSS 24.0 system, and the Pearson Rho test was used for the conversion.

Adoption of the maternal role of new mothers in the care of infants under 1 year of age in a maternal-child center in Comas, 2020

The theoretical foundation of this research work is Ramona Mercer, whose main objective is to determine the level of adoption of the maternal role of first-time mothers in the care of infants under 1 year of age in a maternal and child center in Comas. This study is quantitative, non-experimental approach, whose instrument that will be used will be the Maternal Role Adoption Scale by authors Garrido and Marchan. This research will be carried out in accordance with the principles of bioethics: autonomy, beneficence, non-maleficence and justice. Therefore, the participants will be informed pertinently about the research to be carried out and informed consent will be presented to them. IBM SPSS v25.0 Software will be used for statistical processing. Subsequently, the reflected data are interpreted, depending on the fulfillment of the research objectives.

Attitude towards research in nursing students of a private university in lima-2019.

Objective: Objective: To determine the level of attitude towards research in nursing students from the internship at a private university in Lima-2019. Material and method: The study method was descriptive, prospective, cross-sectional, applied to 100 nursing students from the hospital and community internship. Students who were enrolled in nursing internships were included, who voluntarily agreed to participate in the project with informed consent and who were present during data collection. The technique used was a survey, using the Scale of Attitudes Toward Research questionnaire, developed by Aldana de Becerra and modified by Chocca. This instrument has 43 items and 3 dimensions (affective, cognitive and behavioral). Results: 100 nursing students were included. 50% were from hospital internships, whose average age was 28.7±5.2 years, close to the average age (29.8±6.1) of community internship students. 70% of the nursing internship students were in the age range of 20 to 30 years; 25% were in the 31 to 40 age group. For both groups, more than 75% of students had a favorable attitude toward research, while only 6% reported an unfavorable attitude. Conclusion: There is a high level of favorable attitude towards research in nursing students from the internship at a private university in Lima-2019.

Biopsychosocial factors and compliance with growth and development control in mothers of children under 5 years of age, at the Catalina Huanca Health Center in Lima - 2023

The objective of the work is to determine how biopsychosocial factors are related to the level at which the mother complies with the control of growth and development in her children under 5 years of age. For this, the study is developed with a hypothetical deductive method, with a quantitative approach in a non-experimental cross-sectional and correlational design, the census sample will consist of 98 mothers; Through the use of the survey and a questionnaire, the biopsychosocial factors will be evaluated, also considering an observation sheet to evaluate compliance with the controls, the data collected will be evaluated by the SPSS 27.0 statistical package, providing both descriptive and inferential results, achieving the objective. of the study and checking the hypotheses where the normality test will be applied first to determine the statistical test to be used, if the data are parametric or non-parametric, tests such as Pearson, Chi square, Spearman, among others, will be used, and thus provide conclusions that help to improve the problematic situation found.

A large portion of family members still lack knowledge about the impacts derived from caregiving under conditions of overload. Likewise, this study takes a novel approach by focusing on the cause-and-effect relationship of this issue and serves as a valuable precedent for future research. In this way, it helps to identify early those factors that may be influencing poor adherence to treatment in this type of patient.

Burnout syndrome and its relationship with the job performance of nursing staff in the 5th west hospitalization service of the National Institute of Neoplastic Diseases in Lima, 2022.

Objective: to determine the relationship between burnout syndrome and job performance in the nursing staff of the 5th hospitalization service of the National Institute of Neoplastic Diseases in Lima, 2022. Material and method: it will be correlational, quantitative, observational, cross-sectional and descriptive, the population that constitutes it makes a total of 50 nurses, and the sample will be made up of the same number. The survey technique was used and the instrument uses the Likert scale, which describes the presentation, instructions, sociodemographic characteristics and the questionnaire called Nursing Stress Scale (NSS) and job performance evaluation questionnaire, its content validity was made and submitted to expert judgment, reliability was found by applying Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficient obtaining a value of 0.800 and 0.932 respectively. Data processing will be at the Norbert Wiener Private University, to obtain the required permits and to be able to present them to the ethics committee and then to the research area.

Burnout syndrome and job satisfaction in nurses from the neonatal intensive care unit of the Hermilio Valdizán regional hospital in Huánuco, 2023

Objective: To determine the relationship between burnout syndrome and job satisfaction among nurses in the neonatal ICU of Hospital Regional Hermilio Valdizán, Huánuco, 2023. Materials and Methods: This research follows the hypothetical-deductive method, with a quantitative, basic, and descriptive approach. The population consists of 48 nurses from the neonatal ICU of Hospital Regional Hermilio Valdizán, Huánuco, 2023. Since the population is manageable in size, a census sample was used. The survey technique was applied, and the instruments utilized were the Maslach Burnout Inventory, measuring the dimensions of Emotional Exhaustion, Depersonalization, and Personal Accomplishment, along with a job satisfaction questionnaire. Both instruments are validated and demonstrated reliability through the Cronbach's alpha coefficient, which yielded a value of 0.794, indicating excellent reliability according to the Kuder-Richardson classification table. Data processing was conducted using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 22.0, and Excel for Windows 2016 was employed for data entry into a structured matrix as the database for the measurement instruments.

Calidad de vida y su relación con el nivel de depresión en pacientes con enfermedad renal en hemodiálisis de un hospital nacional de Lima 2024

El presente estudio tiene como objetivo determinar la relación que existe entre Calidad de vida y el nivel de depresión en pacientes en hemodiálisis de un Hospital Nacional de Lima 2024. Su metodología es de enfoque cuantitativo de tipo básica, diseño no experimental de nivel correlacional de corte transversal. Tiene una población de 80 personas que asisten al servicio de hemodiálisis con diagnóstico de enfermedad renal crónica. En teoría de enfermería las dos variables tenemos a Faye Abdellah (1960- 2017) que tiene como “Teoría de tipología de los problemas de Enfermería” basándose en métodos de resolución de problemas (persona, salud, entorno). Son 21 problemas que al identificarlos podremos solucionarlo estos problemas son necesidades físicas, sociológicas, emocionales. Ambas variables calidad de vida y nivel de depresión se usará el Cuestionario de salud SF-36 y el Cuestionario de Beck para que el paciente pueda resolverlo y recolectando los datos de la presente investigación en el programa Excel 2022 para pasarlos al programa SPSS 26.0 se aplicará la prueba de Rho de Spearman determinando así la relación de las dos variables.

The data collection technique was a survey, utilizing a questionnaire and anthropometric charts as instruments.

Consumption and intrafamily violence in the community of Santa Rosa de Tambo - Huancavelica, 2023

Objective: "To determine the relationship between alcoholism and intrafamily violence in the community of Santa Rosa de Tambo - Huancavelica, 2023." Material and method: The descriptive design is a valid method for the research study as an antecedent to more quantitative studies. Although there are some reasonable concerns about statistical validity, as long as the limitations are perceived by the researcher, this type of study represents an invaluable scientific tool, the sample will be made up of 80 people, male and female, aged 18 and over. up to 60 years of age. Reliability: The results of this research project show a significant reliability for the AUDIT instrument, which is related to research studies carried out; In our case, the value according to the table (α = 0.81) where it is described that it is a good instrument for detecting not only risk, (Pearson's chi-square) it was found that violence occurs more frequently economic and social, likewise, there is a relationship between the type of family violence and alcohol consumption (p < 0.05). Objective: To determine the relationship between coping strategies and overload of the family caregiver of a schizophrenic patient at the Jesús Nazareno "Kusca Wiñarisun" Community Mental Health Center, Ayacucho 2024. Material and Method: this research study is of the hypothetical deductive method, type applied with a quantitative approach, non-experimental design, descriptive correlational - cross-sectional. The population will be made up of 80 family caregivers who are in charge of caring for patients diagnosed with schizophrenia and who come to receive outpatient care. For data collection, the survey technique will be used, where 2 instruments will be applied, which are the "Coping Strategies Inventory" CSI, which consists of 40 items with a Likert-type scale whose dimensions are: Problem solving, Self-criticism, Expression. Emotional, Wishful Thinking, Social Support, Cognitive Restructuring, Problem Avoidance and Social Withdrawal The following instrument is the "Zarit Caregiver Burden Scale" which consists of 22 items whose dimensions are the impact of care, quality of the interpersonal relationship and self-efficacy expectations. Both instruments have validity and reliability values, allowing to ensure that the instrument is reliable and suitable for its application.

Coping with stress and quality of life of the patient with chemotherapy in a hospital in Lima, 2023

Objective: “Establish the relationship between coping with stress and the quality of life of patients undergoing chemotherapy treatment in a Hospital in Lima in the year 2023.” Population: The research population will be made up of 120 patients diagnosed with cancer who attend outpatient chemotherapy treatment during the month of September 2023. Sample: It will be made up of 92 patients, non-probabilistic sampling will be used. Methodological design: An applied research, hypothetical-deductive, observational, descriptive, correlational and transversal method will be used. Instruments: To evaluate the variable "coping with stress", the questionnaire developed by Linares in 2017, reliable with Cronbach's Alpha of 0.804, will be used and to evaluate the variable "quality of life", a modified and adapted questionnaire will be used by Martínez in 2016, with Cronbach's Alpha reliability 0.80. The technique to collect the information will be the survey. Data processing and analysis: To carry out the analysis, statistical tools will be used that will enable the preparation of frequency tables and graphs, as well as the testing of the hypotheses raised in the research.

Culture of patient safety and prevention of adverse events in nurses working in the cardiac postoperative unit, in a specialized institute, Lima 2023

To determine the relationship between patient safety culture and prevention of adverse events in nurses working in the postoperative cardiac unit in a specialized institute, Lima 2023. The research project will use a quantitative approach, descriptive correlational, and cross-sectional methodological design with a population of 60 nursing professionals. The independent variable will be the patient safety culture with its dimensions: safety in the work area, the safety provided by management, safety from communication, reported events, and safety from primary care. Meanwhile, the dependent variable will be the prevention of adverse events with its dimensions related to clinical administration, care procedures, documentation errors, and medication; these will be measured by means of a survey and the results will be subjected to validity with a significance level of 0.05 and reliability of 0.86 Cronbach's Alpha.

Effectiveness of catheter clamping prior to removal in critically ill patients in the ICU

Objective: Systematize information on the effectiveness of Urinary Catheter Clamping before its removal, in critically ill patients in the intensive care unit. Material and Methods: Systematic quantitative retrospective observational review, the degree of evidence was identified using the Grade Evaluation System, found in the following databases: PubMed, Sciencedirect, Cochrane, Scielo, Wiley Online Library, Elsevier, Epistemonikos. Of the 10 articles systematically reviewed, 80% are RCTs, 10% are quasi-experimental; and 10% are systematic reviews. The results of the present study; 50% correspond to the country of China, 10% Turkey, 10% Taiwan, 10% Sweden, 10% South Korea, and 10% Greece. Results: 50% (n=5/10) of the articles show significant statistics in relation to the topic, because the volume of residual urine in 24 hours increases; better subjective perception during the first postoperative urination, causes a significant positive effect on storage symptoms. The other 50% (n=5/10) of the articles do not show any significant statistics. Conclusion: Half of the articles reviewed show that clamping the urinary catheter before its removal is effective, while the other half does not show any advantage in this regard.

The critical areas unit has been created with the purpose of providing comprehensive care to high-risk patients, improving the functioning of organic systems when they are affected. For this reason, various non-invasive devices have been created that seek to ensure that doctors and nurses specialized in intensive care have the maximum amount of information to achieve thorough monitoring of patients, whether discontinuous or continuous, helping to avoid exacerbation processes. or death. Therefore, patients in this unit require constant monitoring of non-invasive devices such as the pulse oximeter that allows us to assess the measurement of oxygen saturation in the blood. This device facilitates continuous monitoring and early detection of a possible complication in our patient, therefore, it allows us to reveal the effectiveness of the pulse oximeter in this area.

Ergonomic risk factors and musculoskeletal disorder in workers of the Aceros Arequipa Corporation, Pisco – 2023

Introduction: The majority of musculoskeletal problems as a consequence of exposure to small traumas in the musculoskeletal structures, over time begin to manifest symptoms and physical deterioration. Objective: To determine the relationship between ergonomic risk factors and musculoskeletal disorder in workers of the Aceros Arequipa Corporation; Pisco – 2023. Justification: The study will help reduce risk factors and train employees in the adoption of proper postures and techniques for handling heavy loads. In addition, it is expected to make a significant contribution to the growing scientific knowledge of the employees. Method: applied, quantitative, correlational and cross-sectional study. The sample will be 249 workers, the survey will be used to apply two questionnaires to the target population, they are validated and reliable to measure the variables in question. The collected data will be processed in SPSS 26 and the hypotheses will be tested using the statistical test of Spearman's correlation coefficient given the nature of the variables.

Objective: It will be to determine the factors related to the level of compliance with the Safe Surgery Checklist in a Private Clinic in Lima 2024. Materials and methods. The present study will have a quantitative approach, correlational descriptive scope, applied type and nonexperimental, cross-sectional design. We will work with a sample population consisting of 40 nursing professionals who work in the operating room service of a private clinic, Lima 2024. The instruments to be used in the field work will be a questionnaire by Condor, R., Vallejo A, Chero V. and the Checklist prepared by Caisahuana, J., Cisneros, D., Pizarro, K., meeting the requirements of validity and reliability.
