Methodology: A quantitative, applied, non-experimental, correlational, cross-sectional study approach was developed; The population consisted of 84 elderly patients with arterial hypertension at the Huaycán Hospital in Lima in 2023. They formed the sample. Results. The age of the older adults is 71 years or older in 46%; in sex there is Male in 56% and Female in 44%; In the degree of instruction there is complete Primary in 21.4%. In the eating dimension of the lifestyle with the nutritional status in older adult patients with arterial hypertension, there is moderate malnutrition with unhealthy eating in 25%. In the stress management dimension of lifestyle with nutritional status in older adult patients with arterial hypertension, there is moderate malnutrition with healthy eating in 27.4%. In the interpersonal support dimension of lifestyle with nutritional status in older adult patients with arterial hypertension, there is moderate malnutrition with healthy eating in 36.9%. In the self-realization dimension of the lifestyle with the nutritional status in older adult patients with arterial hypertension, there is moderate malnutrition with unhealthy eating in 27.4%. In the health responsibility dimension of lifestyle with nutritional status in older adult patients with arterial hypertension, there is moderate malnutrition with healthy eating in 29.8%. In the lifestyle with the nutritional status in older adult patients with arterial hypertension, there is moderate malnutrition with healthy and unhealthy eating in 23.8%.
