Material and Methods: Systematic comparison of authentic articles, according to the type of Grade evaluation, in order to obtain evidence , by reviewing different databases such as Pubmed, Sciencedirect, Epistemonikos, Cochrane and Plos one. Selected according to the study, ten articles were systematically chosen, with 60% (n= 6/10) systematic reviews and 40% (n= 4/10) systematic reviews and meta-analysis. The studies carried out are from the USA (30%), Finland (20%), Ireland (10%), the United Kingdom (10%), Iran (10%), the Netherlands (10%). and Japan (10%).Results: 80% of the relevant reviews carried out in the world and Latin America demonstrate that nursing interventions in burnout syndrome are effective in reducing it, while 20% demonstrate that they are More studies are needed to define appropriate nursing interventions to reduce it. Conclusion: Of the 10 pieces of evidence, 8 conclude that nursing interventions in burnout syndrome translate as positive for the health worker and the organization; while 2 other pieces of evidence conclude that more studies are required to determine their effectiveness.
