    Factores motivacionales y desempeño laboral del personal de enfermeria en el servicio de hospitalizacion del Hospital Hermilio Valdizan, 2021

    The present research consists of establishing the level of relationship between motivational factors and the work performance of nursing staff in the hospitalization service of the Hermilio Valdizan Hospital, 2021. The population consisted of 234 nursing staff from the hospitalization service and the sample was represented by 147 nursing staff, between nursing technicians and graduates; the methodology had a non-experimental, quantitative, crosssectional correlational design, a probabilistic sampling was carried out; the technique used was the survey, whose instrument was the questionnaires: of motivational factors made up of 24 items and work performance for 20 items, which were applied to nursing staff; whose instruments had a Crombach Alpha reliability of 0.835 for motivational factors and 0.820 for work performance; data were processed through the statistical software SPSS 25. The results obtained showed that there is a direct and significant relationship between the motivational factors variable and job performance, obtaining a Spearman correlation coefficient of 0.605 with a p-value of 0.005, which corroborated the hypothesis, and it is concluded that the relationship between the variables is positive.
