    Organizational climate and job satisfaction of nursing staff in the emergency service of a national hospital, Lima 2023

    Objective: To determine how the organizational climate is related to job satisfaction of nursing staff. Methodology: the research uses the hypothetical deductive method to respond to the hypotheses under study that the census population will be made up of 100 nursing graduates from the Emergency Service of a National Hospital in Lima. For the collection of information, it is even through the survey applying 2 questionnaires. These instruments are valid and reliable since they come from studies already carried out in the context of Peruvian health, likewise the information will be processed in Excel and then analyzed using the SPSS statistical program, applying descriptive and inferential analysis presenting the data in double-checking tables. input and the hypotheses were contrasted with Spearman's Rho Statistical Correlation Test, having a significance level of p < 0.05.
