Therefore, it is essential to know the quality of care provided by nursing professionals in all its dimensions and the level of user satisfaction, since this information will allow us to correct deficiencies and consolidate strengths to create a healthy health system that Deliver the high-quality care that users demand. The objective of the study is to determine the association between the quality of nursing care and the satisfaction of external users who attend the emergency service. This is a quantitative research with a correlational design. External users who go to the emergency department during the months of November and December 2021 constitute the population and the sample. For data collection, two Likert-type questionnaires will be used to evaluate the validity and reliability of both research variables. Finally, Spearman's correlation coefficient will be used to contrast the hypotheses, and the results will be presented in tables and figures for analysis and debate.
