    The research will be conducted within the specialty of the surgical center and will focus on the quality of nursing care and the level of satisfaction of post-surgical patients. These procedures require specialized care due to the various physical, emotional, and mental situations that patients must face. This context, in turn, demands that nursing professionals practice humanized care, a mission they are called to fulfill in order to preserve the health and life of the people under their care.
