    Physical activity is any movement or oscillatory displacement that our body performs. It has been demonstrated in recent years that the practice of physical activity and lifestyle is influenced by many factors. Adolescence is a decisive stage in human development in which physical, psychological, nutritional, emotional, and social changes will be reflected either positively or negatively in adolescents. Physical inactivity has grown alarmingly in recent decades with the advancement of technology, changes in their diet, and lifestyles, which will have consequences on their health, academic performance, and adulthood. The purpose of this research study is to raise awareness about physical inactivity and poor lifestyles among the younger population, and thus help create prevention and promotion programs for physical activity and healthy lifestyles.
