Material and methods: 1/10 is a low-quality descriptive research work. The 9/10 academic articles are based on Systematic Review, Meta-analysis and Randomized Controlled Trial being evaluated by the grading system giving a high quality effect of evidence, with respect to the following bases: Pubmed, Scielo, Elsevier, Redalyc. Results: 100% (n=10/10) of the articles indicate that the effectiveness of interventions to promote exclusive breastfeeding and its compliance in children under six months transmits benefits to the infant, protecting them from inflammatory diseases at the intestinal level. pulmonary disease, to diabetes in the future, with the mother being the key actor; she will receive all the intervention regarding health promotion. Conclusions: 10 of the 10 articles demonstrate the effectiveness of interventions to promote exclusive breastfeeding.
