    Motivación de logro y resiliencia en estudiantes de I ciclo de la facultad de psicología de una universidad de Lima

    In this research was to determine the relationship of the motivation for academic achievement and resilience in first cycle students of psychology career of a private University of Lima. The scientific method, quantitative approach, descriptive level and with non-experimental design. The population and sample was constituted of 264 and 157 students respectively, who were selected by a probabilistic sampling. This sample was constituted of 118 women and 39 men whose ages ranged from 17 to 34 years of age. The instruments used were the motivation for academic achievement scale (MLA) and the Wagnild and young resilience scale. The results confirm that there is a highly significant and direct relationship (p<0.0001) between the level of achievement motivation and resilience; It is also found that there is a highly significant and direct relationship (p<0.0001) between the level of achievement motivation and the dimensions of resilience.
