Publicación Acceso abierto Practicas evaluativas de los docentes del quinto grado de basica primaria del Colegio Villa Amalia Ied, a partir de la implementacion del decreto ley 1290/09(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2019-02-21) Torres Celis, Franci Liliana; Ayala Mendivil, Ronald EspirituIn Colombia, the evaluation is governed by decree 1290 of 2009, which dictates the provisions for educational institutions to develop and execute their own Institutional System of Student Evaluation SIEE. The investigation investigated and analyzed the form of appropriation of decree 1290 around the strategies and daily practices carried out by the teachers of the fifth grade of primary basic education of the Villa Amalia Institution. In the development of the research process, the qualitative paradigm was used, since the purpose is to use action research; To determine the knowledge and appropriation of SIEE by teachers, the techniques and instruments used were in-depth interviews, field observer, and a final questionnaire. With the information obtained, an analysis was made that showed that all the teachers interviewed expressed knowledge of decree 1290 and SIEE, fifth grade teachers prioritized that the evaluation strategies are selected according to the needs and criteria of each area the most used they are: the workshops, the written tests, the qualification of the notebooks, some autonomous activities, the written and oral evaluations, and only one teacher states that he uses the Information and Communication Technologies (Tics) as evaluative strategies. The construction of the SIEE must be based on the principles of tolerance, freedom, clarity and starting from the ends of education, with the participation of teachers, parents and students; from the current social and cultural context.
