    Objective: Determine the relationship that exists between leadership styles and the organizational climate of health personnel in a hospital in Ayacucho, 2021. Material and Methods: It is a Hypothetical-Deductive method investigation, with a quantitative approach, applied type, design observational, correlational and transversal; The study will be carried out with a population made up of 500 health workers and a sample made up of 218 health workers.
