Work-related musculoskeletal injuries are those caused or worsened by the work environment and are multifactorial in nature. Objective: To systematically analyze the available evidence from the studies carried out on the active breaks program in civil construction assistant workers to reduce musculoskeletal symptoms. Lima, 2020. Methodology: The Systemic Review, meta-analysis and quasi-experimental analysis of international research articles is carried out, which have been obtained by searching the databases: PubMed, Elsevier, Scielo, and Science Direct, which have been chosen. and analyzed through the Grade System to locate the respective degree of evidence. The search for articles was carried out using the DECS and MESH descriptors for the search in Spanish and English respectively.
