    Physical activity and quality of life in administratives who perform telework. district municipality of Jose Luis Bustamante y Rivero – Arequipa, 2022

    The objective of this study is to determine the relationship between the level of physical activity and quality of life. The population will consist of administrative workers doing telework for a municipality in the city of Arequipa who meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The instruments used will be the IPAQ short version questionnaire to assess physical activity levels and the SF36 questionnaire to measure quality of life. Ethical principles will be respected at all times to safeguard participants' information and security, and they will be required to sign an informed consent form outlining the main points of the study. All information obtained will be processed using SPSS26 statistical software for the creation of tables and results.
