The performance of employees goes hand in hand with their attitudes and abilities to achieve organizational goals. The main objective of the study is to determine the relationship between organizational climate and job performance of nursing professionals in a hospital in the Vraem area, Cusco - 2022. This research is applied in a quantitative, observational, correlational and cross-sectional manner. The demographic and census sample are made up of nurses working in a hospital in the Vraem area, Cusco - December 2022 to January 2023. A survey will be applied to collect data on both variables. To measure the organizational climate, a questionnaire developed by psychologist Sonia Palma Carrillo (Lima, Peru) was used. It is an instrument designed in the Likert technique, which contains a total of 50 items in the final version. The Cron Bach alpha reliability is 0.973; A tool used and validated by Andrea Paola de Pastoro Guillen was used to evaluate job performance. Year: 2017. It consists of 28 items and has a Cron Bach alpha reliability of 0.929.
