Publicación Acceso abierto Plan de acion para la protección de piezas precolombinas en aguabonita para favorecer el aprendizaje significativo en los estudiantes de la Institución San Miguel del Municipio de La Plata, Huila(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2018-12-11) Trujillo Montilla, Manuel Federico; Venegas Mejía, Valia LuzThe objective of this research was to design and implement an Educational Program to promote meaningful learning for students in 8th and 9th grades of the I.E. San Miguel, also to raise awareness of the importance of protecting and preserving the cultural heritage of the region that resides in the path Agua Bonita. Regarding the methodology, the approach used was qualitative with a descriptive method; As for the design, the action research was used, since it was intended to investigate and at the same time intervene. We worked with 55 students between the eighth and ninth grades for which a semi-structured interview and a questionnaire were designed and applied. . The data was analyzed and interpreted and showed that (a) the educational program favored the significant learning of the students since the activities promoted the participation and facilitated the learning of the topics studied and made them aware of the importance of the archaeological and cultural heritage ; (b) the use of pedagogical output as a strategy allowed the students to interact with the pieces that were there and this helped to motivate them and enrich the sensory experience and facilitate the development and acquisition of learning; (c) the strategies that were detected in class, such as illustrations, pedagogical output, and collaborative work during the teaching-learning process, favored the attention, coding and processing of information; (d) when learners have options for programs and workshops around a specific topic, they significantly improve their opinion and critical judgment. Finally, it is recommended that the teacher make his class a learning environment mediated by strategies that respond to the learning needs and promote the conservation and protection of the cultural heritage of the country and the world.
