Publicación Acceso abierto Ubicuidad escolar del Programa Educación Digital para Todos en el rendimiento académico de los estudiantes de grado noveno de las instituciones educativas oficiales de la ciudad, de Santiago de Cali, Colombia - 2015(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2017-08-31) Trujillo Nuñez, Fernando; Fox Cortez, Julio AlonsoThis research aims to determine the extent to which the Digital Education for All "School Ubiquity" Program influences the academic performance of the ninth grade students of the official educational institutions of the city of Santiago de Cali, Colombia - 2015. Applied research has a quantitative approach with a descriptive methodology, its design is quasi-experimental, with post-test, the objective being to establish the influence that exists in the variables. The research population consists of all students who are in the ninth grade of the official educational institutions of Cali, and the sample for the study is non-pyrobalistic for convenience, because the groups were not selected by a random method consisting of 817 Students from four institutions. For the collection of data the survey was validated by expert judges with a degree of validity of 95% After applying the tests, a significant difference between the control and experimental groups is evidenced, concluding with a ninety and a hundred percent probability that the application of the digital education program for all influences the academic performance of the students. The new information and communication technologies must be considered as reconfiguring the conditions of learning, making them ubiquitous, and entails new ways of learning in the results. It is evident that there is a relationship since the students in contact with the Digital Education for All program Have significant changes in their academic performance.
