Ítem Acceso abierto Perception of humanized care and satisfaction of the patient's family member of the Intensive Care Unit of the Regional Hospital of Ayacucho, 2022(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-07-10) Tutaya Dávila, Neila; Pretell Aguilar, Rosa MaríaObjective: “To determine the relationship that exists between the perception of humanized care and satisfaction of the family member of the patient in the Intensive Care Unit.” Population: will be 46 relatives of patients hospitalized in the Intensive Care Unit of the Ayacucho Regional Hospital. Methodological design: the type of research will be applied. The method will be deductive, observational, descriptive and transversal. The design that will be used will be correlational. Instruments: it will be the Perception of humanized care questionnaire composed of 4 dimensions and 22 dimensions, reliable through Crombach's alpha 0.789. The Family Satisfaction questionnaire composed of 3 dimensions and 19 items, reliable through Crombach's alpha 0.853. The data collection technique will be the survey. Data processing and analysis: It will be carried out through the application of the statistical description that will present the results according to levels and the inferential statistics through the application of the Chi square test to verify the hypothesis raised in the study.
