    Competencia profesional y desempeño laboral de enfermeras(os) hospital III de Emergencias Grau

    Objective: to determine the relationship between professional skills and job performance of the nurses at Hospital III de Emergencias Grau. Methodology: it was cross-sectional, prospective and correlational. A rating scale was used: Evaluation 360, through which information on performance was collected, and the interview was applied to collect the competencies of the nurses. The sample consisted of 173 nursing professionals. Results: The competencies of the professionals were: excellent 21%, good: 53% and fair: 26%, the final performance values were: fair: 27%, good: 54% and excellent: 19%. Conclusions: there is a significant relationship between professional skills and job performance of the nurses at Hospital III de Emergencias Grau.
