    Occupational stress during the COVID-19 pandemic and its relationship with nursing staff care in the mental health services of Edgardo Rebagliati Hospital, Lima, 2021

    Objective: To analyze the relationship between occupational stress during the COVID-19 pandemic and nursing staff care in the mental health services of Edgardo Rebagliati Hospital, Lima 2021. Materials and Methods: This research has a quantitative approach, as it uses data collection to demonstrate the hypothesis, supported by statistical analysis and the analysis of the qualities or attributes described to determine the results of behavior models in a population. The final result of the relationship of occupational stress, in general, shows that 38% indicates a moderate level, 33% shows a low level, and 29% indicates a high level. In the nursing care variable, 33% is rated poor, 26% is excellent, 23% is good, and 18% is moderate. The relationship between occupational stress during the COVID-19 pandemic and nursing staff care shows a positive correlation of 66%.
