Publicación Acceso abierto Estilos de vida y enfermedades no transmisibles en los pobladores del distrito de San Bartolomé – Huarochirí – 2024(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2025-01-02) Urrunaga Barba, Walter Giancarlo; Yacarini Martínez, Antero EnriqueObjective: To establish the relationship between lifestyles and non-communicable diseases in the inhabitants of the district of San Bartolomé - Huarochirí - 2024. Methodology: The method was hypothetical deductive, with a quantitative approach, applied type with correlational scope and non-experimental, cross-sectional-observational design. Results: Of 289 inhabitants over 18 years of age, 45.3% are from 31 to 59 years old; 31.1% are 60 years old or older; regarding sex, 59.2% are women; regarding marital status; 61.2% are cohabiting or married, single with 22.5%, regarding the level of education; 45.7% have secondary education, 28.7% are technical higher, 2.1% have no education; 31.1% have some non-communicable disease, with 13.1% having high blood pressure, 6.6% having diabetes mellitus, and 6.2% having asthma; for the lifestyle dimensions it was found that “somewhat low, you could improve” prevails in the dimensions physical activity/associativity, nutrition/food, alcohol, sleep/stress, work/personality, introspection, and health control/sexuality; all with percentages between 40.1% and 73%, “you are in the danger zone” is higher in the tobacco/dependency dimension with 81.3%.; In the district of San Bartolomé, there is a relationship between non-communicable diseases and sleep/stress with a p value equal to 0.017, this relationship is low (Cramer's V equal to 0.187), as well as with physical activity/associativity, with a p value equal to 0.005, this relationship is low (Cramer's V equal to 0.212), the other dimensions of the FANTASTIC test have no relationship (p>0.05). Conclusions: In the district of San Bartolomé there is a relationship between non-communicable diseases with the dimension of sleep/stress and the dimension of physical activity/associativity of the FANTASTIC Test.
