    The objective of the thesis was to determine the relationship between active methodologies and the formation of values in master's students at a private university in Metropolitan Lima. The research followed the hypothetical-deductive method, the quantitative approach, the applied type, the non-experimental design, the correlational level, with a sample of 167 master's students obtained through non-probabilistic convenience sampling, the instruments that were used for the Data collection was the questionnaire on values training by Soto et al. (2021) and the questionnaire on active methodologies by León and Crisol (2011). As a result, a p value < 0.05 and rho = 0.339 were obtained between the proposed variables, indicating that there is a positive relationship of moderate intensity; concluding that active methodologies favor training in values in master's students at a private university.
