    Clima organizacional y motivación del personal de enfermería de un policlínico de la ciudad de Lima, 2022

    Nurses are the group of health workers with the largest number, despite the fact that within the health systems it is still deficient. The bad organizational climate can generate obstacles in the fulfillment of the functions added to work stress, pressure and workload triggers a greater number of errors, job dissatisfaction and puts the health of patients at risk. Work motivation is another factor to consider for good institutional performance and is sometimes linked to incentives that can positively influence workers in their behavior within the institution and towards users. The objective of the present study was to determine the relationship between the organizational climate and the motivation of the nursing staff of a polyclinic in the city of Lima, 2022. A quantitative, observational, correlational cross-sectional study was carried out. The study population consisted of 100 nursing professionals. The study instruments were two validated questionnaires for the study variables. As results, it was obtained: average age of the study population of 40.34 years and the average time of work was 12.75 years of service. 71.0% of female nursing staff were found. The study population perceived a good working environment (73.0%) and high motivation (46.0%). It was evidenced that there is a relationship (p=0.000) between the study variables with each of its dimensions. It is concluded that there is a relationship between the organizational climate and the motivation of the nursing staff of a polyclinic in the city of Lima, 2022.

    EFECTIVIDAD DEL EJERCICIO FÍSICO EN LA CAPACIDAD FUNCIONAL FÍSICA EN PACIENTES ADULTOS CON TRASPLANTE DE CÉLULAS MADRE

    Establecer la efectividad del ejercicio físico en la capacidad funcional física en pacientes adultos con trasplante de células madre. Se realizó una búsqueda sistemática en las bases de datos de Pubmed, EBSCOhost, SciELO (Scientific Electronic Library Online), PEDro y Lilacs. El riesgo de selección en los estudios individuales fue realizado analizando la calidad metodológica según la escala CASPE. Los estudios incluidos acorde a la escala CASPE fue realizado de manera independiente y sus resultados acorde a lo descrito identificaron los estudios: en Pedro data Base, PubMed, Ebsco, Scielo y Lilacs. En el tamizaje se encontraron 2 estudios duplicados y en el proceso de elegibilidad fueron excluidos 18 estudios por criterios de exclusión. Finalmente fueron incluidos 8 estudios. Del total de 8 estudios revisados, el 70% de estos, evidencian que el ejercicio físico es la intervención más efectiva para mejorar la capacidad funcional física en pacientes adultos con trasplante de células madre, un 30% de los artículos evidencia que el ejercicio físico es la intervención más efectiva en la capacidad funcional física en pacientes con trasplante de células madre y adicionalmente disminuye la fatiga y tiene efectos benéficos sobre la calidad de vida.
