Publicación Acceso abierto CONOCIMIENTOS SOBRE LONCHERA SALUDABLE SEGÚN CARACTERÍSTICAS SOCIODEMOGRÁFICAS DE MADRES DE NIÑOS DEL NIVEL PRIMARIA: CENTRO EDUCATIVO PARTICULAR LÍDER INGENIEROS UNI, DISTRITO SAN JUAN DE LURIGANCHO, LIMA(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2018-06-14) Valencia Alvarado, Nelly Alejandra; Krederdt Araujo, Sherin LuzObjetivo: determinar el nivel de conocimientos sobre lonchera saludable de las madres de niños de nivel primaria del Centro Educativo Particular Líder Ingenieros UNI. Materiales y métodos: el estudio fue cuantitativo, de corte transversal y descriptivo. La población estuvo conformada por madres de 114 niños de ambos sexos de nivel primaria matriculados durante el año escolar 2016. Se utilizó la técnica encuesta y el instrumento cuestionario validado por Canales Huapaya. Resultados: 21% de las madres tuvieron conocimiento bajo, 64% conocimiento medio y 15 % conocimiento alto, también se destaca que en 4 de 6 dimensiones tuvieron conocimientos bajos carbohidratos (53%), proteínas (57%), minerales (70%) y grasas (63%); tuvo conocimiento medio la dimensión vitaminas (62%) y conocimiento alto en la dimensión agua (85%). Conclusión: Las madres de los niños de nivel primaria tienen un nivel de conocimiento medio, con tendencia a conocimiento bajos sobre loncheras saludables. Se observó que 4 de las 6 dimensiones tuvieron conocimientos bajos, carbohidratos, proteínas, minerales y grasas; en la dimensión vitaminas tuvieron conocimiento medio y solo en la dimensión agua se obtuvo conocimiento alto.Ítem Acceso abierto Effectiveness of topical negative pressure therapy to reduce infections in the treatment of patients with surgical wounds(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2018-08-04) Arce Abarca, Oscar Guillermo; Valencia Alvarado, Nelly Alejandra; Gamarra Bustillos, CarlosThe type of study is quantitative and the research design is a systematic review, less than 10 years old. 90% of the articles show the effectiveness of topical negative pressure therapy in reducing infections in the treatment of patients with surgical wounds. 10% did not demonstrate the effectiveness of this therapy because they reported that larger definitive trials were needed to clarify the clinical usefulness of negative pressure treatment of surgical wounds. Materials and methods: the study was quantitative, cross-sectional and descriptive. The population was made up of mothers of 114 children of both sexes at the primary level enrolled during the 2016 school year. The survey technique and the questionnaire instrument validated by Canales Huapaya were used. Results: 21% of the mothers had low knowledge, 64% medium knowledge and 15% high knowledge. It is also highlighted that in 4 of the 6 dimensions they had knowledge of low carbohydrates (53%), proteins (57%), minerals (70%). and fats (63%); He had medium knowledge of the vitamin dimension (62%) and high knowledge of the water dimension (85%). Conclusion: Mothers of primary school children have a medium level of knowledge, with a tendency toward low knowledge about healthy lunch boxes. It was observed that 4 of the 6 dimensions had low knowledge, carbohydrates, proteins, minerals and fats; In the vitamin dimension they had medium knowledge and only in the water dimension did they obtain high knowledge.Ítem Acceso abierto Level of knowledge of basic cardiopulmonary resuscitation in nursing professionals of the hospitalization and emergency services of San Juan Bautista Clinic Lima - 2021(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2021-05-16) Valencia Alvarado, Nelly Alejandra; Pretell Aguilar, Rosa MariaObjective: Identify the level of knowledge about basic cardiopulmonary resuscitation in nursing professionals in the hospitalization and emergency services of the San Juan Bautista Clinic, 2021. Methodology: Quantitative approach study, cross-sectional descriptive design. The population will consist of 124 nursing professionals, with a final sample of 94 nursing professionals applying simple random probabilistic sampling and exclusion and inclusion criteria. Data collection techniques and instruments: The survey technique and its instrument, the questionnaire guide developed by Camacho, will be used, and applied in a study carried out at the Guillermo Kaelin de la Fuente Hospital, Es Salud in Lima - Peru in the year 2017, validated through expert judgment, with a significant agreement calculated using the agreement table and binomial test whose value was 0.01 and a reliability using the K-Richardson test with 0.76, indicating high reliability. Procedures: Data collection will be carried out during the month of March in the hospitalization and emergency services. Statistical analysis: The information collected will be entered into the Excel program database and the results will be presented in tables and graphs for analysis and interpretation.
