Work stress and interpersonal relationships in the nursing team of the surgical center of a Public Hospital in Lima, during the post-2022 Pandemic

Introduction: During the post-pandemic, surgical center nursing staff faced great challenges and work pressures, where work stress and interpersonal relationships were affected. Objective: Determine the relationship that exists between work stress and interpersonal relationships of the nursing team at the surgical center of a public hospital in Lima, during the post-pandemic 2022. Materials and methods: Research with a quantitative, non-experimental, applied, cutting approach. cross-sectional, correlational scope that uses the hypothetical deductive method to explore and describe the study phenomena. The population will be made up of 80 licensed nursing professionals who work in the surgical area of a public hospital in Lima. For this, validated and reliable instruments will be used such as the JCQ questionnaire in the minimal reduced version in Spanish to measure work stress and the FIRO-B questionnaire to measure interpersonal relationships. Statistical analysis will be performed using descriptive and inferential statistics using Sperman's correlation coefficient.
