    Socioeconomic conditions and violence against women by the spouse in external users of the community mental health center of Villa El Salvador 2021

    Violence against women by their partners or spouses is a social problem with serious repercussions on the health of the victim and the family unit, causing a direct impact on their mental and physical health. Objective: To determine the relationship between socioeconomic conditions and violence against women by their spouse, in external users of the Villa El Salvador Community Mental Health Center 2021 Method: Research with a quantitative approach, correlational level, cross-sectional and prospective, the population is finite and will be made up of 150 external users of the Villa El Salvador community mental health center abused by their spouse, a sample of 109 women will be worked with, the instrument used for the first variable will be the Socioeconomic Condition Questionnaire (CCSE) established by Graffar (adapted by Méndez Castellano and for the second variable the Woman Abuse Screening Tool (WAST) which consists of 8 Likert-type questions. Finally, it is intended to prove that there is a relationship between socioeconomic factors and violence against women by the spouse, in external users of the Villa El Salvador Community Mental Health Center.
