    The present thesis aimed to determine the relationship between service satisfaction and patient loyalty in the production centers of the Wiener University School of Medical Technology, 2020 period. Methodology used for the present investigation follows a quantitative approach, applied and cross-sectional type, Descriptive-Correlational level, non-experimental design. Sample consisted of 62 patients treated in the production centers of the Norbert Wiener University School of Medical Technology in 2020, Lima - Peru. Information was collected by a survey. For the variable Service satisfaction, an instrument was developed and validated based on the ISO 9001: 2008, and for the loyalty variable, an instrument was used and validated through the literature and found related to the variable and its antecedents. For data analysis, the SPSS program (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) was used. Obtaining that there is a correlation (significance level 0.000) between Service Satisfaction and patient loyalty in the production centers of the Wiener University School of Medical Technology, period 2020, a result that leads to the conclusion that greater satisfaction of the service provided, higher loyalty of the patients.
