    The objective of the research was to “Determine the level of relationship that exists between reflective practice and teaching competencies in education students of a higher public institution, Lima – 2023”, considering for this purpose the methodology under a non-experimental design, quantitative approach and correlational level; As a sample, 80 education students from cycles IX and to the. (2018) with 2 dimensions and 23 items, both with their respective validations carried out through factor analysis and reliability tests that reported a high index indicating that both were applicable; The main result was obtained through the Spearman rho, p= 0.000 < 0.05 and rho= 0.568, which indicated a direct correlation of considerable intensity between the constructs analyzed. In this regard, it is concluded that there is a significant relationship between reflective practice and teaching competencies. in final cycle education students.
