The methodology used will be of a quantitative approach, with a non-experimental and descriptive design. correlational, cross-sectional type. The sample will be made up of 105 nursing graduates who are part of the SAMU Urgent Care System. For data collection, two previously validated instruments will be used. The first will be the questionnaire "Level of knowledge in prehospital care" respectively validated in the research by Ludeña, María. The second instrument will be the questionnaire that will evaluate the work attitude variable validated in the Chamorro, Melina research. Both instruments have a high level of statistical reliability, with a reliability coefficient (Cronbach's alpha) of 0.85. The collection of information will take place in approximately 35 minutes per participant. For the analysis and interpretation of the data obtained, tables and graphs will be used. In addition, the Spearman statistic will be used as an estimation method to verify the proposed hypothesis. A confidence level of 95% and a margin of error of 5% will be established. The results will be presented in a contingency table that will relate both variables.
