5S para mejorar el proceso y control de los productos e inventario en una empresa industrial, Lima 2020

La siguiente investigación se realizó con el fin de conocer los principales problemas que existen en área de almacén, para así poder determinar las posibles soluciones, empleando métodos y técnicas donde ayude mejorar los procesos del área, donde se tendrá que reorganizar y reestructurar las actividades que se está empleando. Se desarrolló un análisis integro usando el enfoque cuantitativo y cualitativo, para así poder realizar un informe de diagnóstico final. Los datos se obtendrá de algunos miembros de la organización para realizar las encuentras y entrevistas, donde se detectó que los principales problemas que existen son: a) no existe una estructura y diseño de orden dentro del almacén de repuestos, b) Falta de información oportuna al momento de solicitar algún repuesto y c) Falta de espacio para el abastecimiento de los repuestos que están ingresando al almacén, para solucionar estos principales problemas dentro de la organización, se plantearon actividades, procesos, diagrama de Gantt, plan y cronograma de actividades, indicadores y reportes de lo que ingresa y sale del almacén. Con el fin de mejorar las observaciones dentro del almacén, como solución se desarrollará capacitaciones a los personales de cada área, implementar estrategias para mejorar el proceso y plan de abastecimiento.

Administrative management and effectiveness of cultural promotion, Ministry of Culture Lima 2022

This final degree project focused on the objective of determining the relationship that exists between administrative management and the effectiveness of cultural promotion in the Ministry of Culture, Lima 2022. The methodology was oriented towards an applied research, it was oriented in the first place, under the hypothetical-deductive method, taking into account that the selected approach was quantitative, while the applicative typology and oriented in the correlation analysis of the variables, framed in a process that did not require experimentation, designed in a transverse model, counting with a sample of 397 participants (n=396.21). Among the most relevant results, it is highlighted that there is a relationship between the administrative management variables and the effectiveness of cultural promotion, highlighting a bilateral correlation (Sig.= .000 < 0.05) and having a correlational coefficient (Rho= 0.921). Next, there is a relationship between the objective dimension of administrative management with the effectiveness of cultural promotion, showing a bilateral correlation (Sig.= .000 < 0.05) and having a correlational coefficient (Rho= 0.975); Similarly, there is a relationship between the structure of administrative management with the effectiveness of cultural promotion (Sig.= .000 < 0.05) and having a correlational coefficient (Rho= 0.891); Lastly, administrative audit activities are related to the effectiveness of cultural promotion (Sig.= .000 < 0.05) and having a correlation coefficient (Rho= 0.899). As conclusions, it is detailed that the optimal development of administrative management may promote favorable results in terms of the objectives set to promote culture within the institution in charge of such responsibility.

Biosafety measures and patient satisfaction at the Dentistry Service, Guillermo Almenara Irigoyen National Hospital, Lima 2023

The general objective of this research was to determine the influence of biosecurity measures on the satisfaction of patients in the dental service, Hospital Nacional Guillermo Almenara Irigoyen, Lima 2023. The research had an applied methodology, with a hypothetical - deductive, quantitative, not experimental and explanatory. The study population was patients from the Dentistry Service of a Hospital in Lima, whose sample is 249 patients. The survey and questionnaire were validated with their respective Cronbach's alpha consistency. In this way, the general conclusion reached by this research is that biosafety measures significantly influence patient satisfaction in the dental service of the Guillermo Almenara Irigoyen National Hospital. Therefore, when there is the correct application of biosafety measures, there will be good patient satisfaction as a consequence; Likewise, regarding the specific hypotheses, the physical protection barriers, the disinfection and cleaning process, the instrument sterilization process and waste management are also tested if they have an influence on patient satisfaction, for example. Therefore, all hypotheses are tested in this study.

Budget Execution and Quality of Public Expenditure, Authority for Reconstruction with Changes, Period 2018 – 2021

The objective of this study was to determine the relationship between budget execution and the quality of public spending. This research was quantitative, applied, non-experimental, longitudinal and correlational. The technique used was documentary analysis and the instrument used was the content analysis form, for which the reports of the economic transparency module of the Ministry of Economy and Finance were used, as well as the reports of the Standard Transparency portal of the Authority for Reconstruction with Changes. Regarding the sample, the Executing Unit 017-1677: Authority for the Reconstruction with Changes - RCC was taken as the sampling unit and the monthly budget execution reports for fiscal years 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021 (48 months) were used as the analysis unit. It was possible to determine that there is a relationship between budget execution and the quality of public spending in the Authority for Reconstruction with Changes during the period 2018 to 2021. This is the result of the analysis of statistical processes such as Spearman's test (p-value < 0.05), which indicates that when there is an optimal budget execution, a better quality of public spending will be achieved.

Budget Management and Public Services Gaps in the Ayacucho Region, Peru Period 2020-2022

Present research focuses on determining the influence of budgetary management on the reduction of public service gaps in the Ayacucho Region, Peru, during the study period from January 2020 to December 2022. The adopted methodological approach is quantitative, with an explanatory level and a deductive hypothetical methodology. The study population was based on statistical information reports during the mentioned period. The results obtained through statistical analysis revealed that the significance value (p-value) obtained in the Anova test was 0.641. This value, being higher than the established significance level (α = 0.05), indicates the need to reject the alternative hypothesis and accept the null hypothesis. Consequently, it is concluded that no significant influence was found between the variables analyzed in the study. Specifically, budgetary management, budget approval, budget execution, and budget evaluation did not demonstrate a statistically significant influence on the reduction of public service gaps in the Ayacucho Region during the study period.

Change Management and internal communication in the Executing Unit 010 of the Public Ministry, Lima 2023

The purpose of the research was to establish the relationship that develops between Change Management and internal communication in the Executing Unit 010 of the Public Ministry, Lima 2023. The methodology used was a study with a quantitative approach and a correlational type level based on the deductive and hypothetical method and a pre-experimental design. For the purposes of this investigation, the entire population was used, being the 113 workers of the study institution, two questionnaires were used as instruments for data collection, which have been valued by experts and in the reliability analysis, coefficients of the Cronbach test were found that have been greater than the value of 0.7. As results, a sig was obtained. statistical (p = 0.000) error less than 0.05 and a correlation coefficient of the Spearman test (rho = 0.653), allowing it to be affirmed that change management is significantly and positively related to the internal communication of the executing unit under study of the Public Ministry.

Electronic Government and Internal User Satisfaction From the Naval Medical Center Cirujano Mayor Santiago Távara, Callao, Peru 2023

The general objective of this research was to determine the relationship between e-government and internal user satisfaction at the Santiago Távara Naval Medical Center; for which the hypothetical deductive method was used, under an applied quantitative approach, the research design was non-experimental (observational) at a correlational level. A total population of 245 collaborators, internal users (military personnel, appointed and contracted civilian personnel) was considered for this research, determining a sample of 150 collaborators. At the conclusion of the research, the results revealed that there is an association between the variables E-Government and Internal User Satisfaction, and a moderate positive and low correlation was found; confirming the hypothesis that there is a relationship between E-Government and internal user satisfaction. It should be noted that, although the dimensions Presence, Interaction and Transaction do not have a significant association, the variable Transformation does have a positive and moderate association, especially considering that the age groups between 31 and 50 years old, highlight their level of Excellent. Finally, it can be affirmed that, to the extent that e-government is implemented, a better internal user satisfaction will be achieved.

Evaluation of performance and resistance to technological change of administrative staff in the judiciary of North Lima, 2023

In this study, the relationship between the evaluation of job performance and the resistance to technological change of the administrative staff of the Judiciary of Northern Lima for the year 2022 was determined. A hypothetical-deductive quantitative approach was used, with a nonexperimental and cross-correlational design. The sample consisted of 80 participants. The results indicated a level of significance according to Kolmogorov-Smirnov of (Sig.= .000 < 0.05), which indicates that the data not present normality and the Rho Spearman no parametric test should be used to contrast the hypothesis; likewise, there is a negative and significant correlation between the variables performance evaluation and resistance to technological change (-0.504). Therefore, when there is a higher performance evaluation, there is less resistance to change. Likewise, there is an inverse and significant relationship between; the continuous learning dimension with resistance to technological change (-0.530), personal relationships with resistance to technological change (0.505) and commitment to public service and resistance to technological change (-0.524). This suggests that the performance evaluation contributes to measure the resistance to technological change of the administrative staff of the Judiciary of North Lima, considering factors such as personal relationships, continuous learning and commitment to public service.

Fortalecimiento institucional y liderazgo en la gestión del frente policial de Ica, Perú 2025

El fortalecimiento institucional y el liderazgo en la gestión policial son pilares esenciales para enfrentar los desafíos actuales en seguridad ciudadana. En el contexto del Frente Policial de Ica, su integración resulta fundamental para mejorar la eficiencia operativa y recuperar la confianza pública. El objetivo principal de esta investigación fue analizar la relación entre el fortalecimiento institucional y el liderazgo en la gestión del Frente Policial de Ica, Perú, en el año 2025. La investigación se desarrolló bajo un enfoque cuantitativo, con diseño no experimental, de tipo básica y nivel correlacional. La muestra estuvo conformada por 343 efectivos policiales seleccionados mediante muestreo probabilístico. Se utilizó un cuestionario estructurado y validado, y los datos fueron analizados con el software SPSS. Los resultados mostraron correlaciones significativas entre el fortalecimiento institucional y el liderazgo, así como entre sus dimensiones: transparencia, integridad, calidad del servicio y marco legal, con las distintas dimensiones del liderazgo organizacional. Todas las hipótesis fueron confirmadas mediante la prueba de Spearman. Se concluye que el fortalecimiento institucional se relaciona positivamente en el desarrollo de un liderazgo efectivo en la gestión policial. Una institución sólida en términos normativos, éticos y operativos crea el entorno adecuado para líderes capaces de promover confianza, cohesión y eficiencia. En consecuencia, se recomienda integrar estrategias de mejora institucional con políticas activas de formación y evaluación del liderazgo para consolidar una policía más cercana, eficiente y legítima ante la sociedad.

Imagen de la marca Perú y generación de valor para el turista de Lima Metropolitana, Perú

Desde que se creó la marca Perú en el año 2011, esta ha tenido un crecimiento considerable debido a que Promperú, su principal embajador, impulsa la marca buscando generar orgullo, identidad y autoestima, y resaltar su diferenciación de otros países, para lo cual se procura también que existan propuestas turísticas que logren generar valor dentro de toda la cadena, es decir, una experiencia turística integral. La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo general determinar cómo la imagen de la marca Perú influye en la generación de valor para el turista de Lima Metropolitana, Perú, en el año 2020. Se trabajó con un método hipotético–deductivo, un enfoque cuantitativo, tipo de investigación básica de nivel explicativo y un diseño no experimental de corte trasversal. La muestra objeto de estudio fue de 228 turistas nacionales, el instrumento utilizado fue el cuestionario, el cual obtuvo un alfa de Cronbach de 0,82, por lo cual existe una alta confiabilidad estadística y una validación de contenido del 80% por parte de los evaluadores expertos. De manera general, se concluye que existe una influencia significativa entre la imagen de la marca Perú y la generación de valor para el turista de Lima Metropolitana en el 2020, ya que se obtuvo un nivel de significancia de 0,00 < 0,05 en el estadístico de contraste Chi cuadrado. Esto es, cuando la imagen de la marca Perú se gestiona adecuadamente tiene una influencia directa y significativa en la generación de valor percibido por el turista. La generación de valor es explicada por la gestión de la imagen de la marca Perú de manera significativa.

Impact of public procurement processes on budget execution, Ministry of Agrarian Development and Irrigation, 2015 - 2021

The objective of this research was to establish the impact of public contracting processes on the budget execution of the Ministry of Agrarian Development and Irrigation for the period 2015 - 2021. The research method is hypothetical deductive with a quantitative and applied type approach; with a non-experimental design of longitudinal cut and explanatory level. The population consisted of 204 months and the sample of 84 months, resorting to the technique of documentary analysis and as an instrument the content analysis sheet, product of the data collection of the Economic Transparency Portal of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, of the Electronic System of State Procurement and the Transparency Portal of the Ministry of Agrarian Development and Irrigation. It was possible to determine that public contracting processes have a significant impact on the budget execution of the of the Ministry of Agrarian Development and Irrigation, 2015 - 2021, (sig. from ANOVA = 0.000; r=0.363; R2=0.13); in other words, the result has the power to explain causality and even predict the behavior of the variable processes of public contracting on the budget execution.

Impacto del uso de un aplicativo web en la gestión documental del Instituto Nacional de Enfermedades Neoplásicas, Lima 2025

La transformación digital en las instituciones de salud representa un desafío clave para optimizar la eficiencia administrativa; la implementación de aplicativos webs se perfila como una estrategia fundamental para mejorar la gestión documental. El objetivo del estudio fue demostrar el impacto del uso de un aplicativo web en la gestión documental del Instituto Nacional de Enfermedades Neoplásicas (INEN), Lima 2025. Se utilizó el método hipotético-deductivo, cuantitativo, de tipo aplicada, diseño no experimental, transversal y de nivel explicativo. Participaron 103 usuarios a quienes se aplicaron dos escalas, una de 15 ítems sobre el uso del aplicativo y otra de 20 ítems sobre gestión documental. Se encontró que el uso general del aplicativo web predice significativamente la gestión documental alta (OR = 18.21, p < .001), con un tamaño de efecto de magnitud moderada (R² McFadden = 0.16). Entre las dimensiones, la funcionalidad (OR = 24.41, R² = 0.16, p < .001) y la seguridad (OR = 32.76, R² = 0.19, p < .001) mostraron un efecto moderado, mientras que la accesibilidad (OR = 15.15, R² = 0.12, p < .001) presentó un efecto bajo a moderado. Se observó que quienes valoraban altamente la accesibilidad del aplicativo tenían 8 veces más probabilidad de presentar una gestión documental eficiente (p < .001). Se concluye que el uso del aplicativo web tiene un impacto estadísticamente significativo y moderado en la mejora de la gestión documental en el INEN, reforzando su utilidad como herramienta estratégica en procesos administrativos en salud.

En la investigación se desarrolló bajo un enfoque mixto, a su vez la población estuvo conformada por 30 clientes activos pertenecientes en la base datos, en el cual el procesamiento y análisis de datos se realizó mediante el programa Altlas Ti y Microsoft Excel. Por otro lado se analizaron los problemas que presenta la empresa, para ello se propone establecer estrategias de marketing y publicidad, mediante la creación de un diseño publicitario, también se formuló estrategias de ventas mediante programas, planes de descuentos, incentivos y herramientas eficientes; todo ello con la finalidad de incrementar la rentabilidad y el posicionamiento de la empresa.

Management of social programs and socioeconomic well-being in the La Esperanza District, Trujillo 2023

The main objective of the present research is to analyze the relationship between the management of social programs and socio-economic well-being in the La Esperanza District, Trujillo. The aim is to understand how management strategies directly relate to the well-being of the population. A hypothetical-deductive approach was applied through a non-experimental quantitative design. The applied research used probabilistic sampling to select 371 participants, meeting inclusion and exclusion criteria. A structured questionnaire, validated by experts and assessed with the Cronbach's Alpha coefficient to ensure reliability, was employed. Data, collected through surveys and processed using SPSS software, allowed for a detailed statistical analysis. The management of social programs showed high internal consistency with a Cronbach's Alpha of 0.958, as did socio-economic well-being with a Cronbach's Alpha of 0.952. The analysis revealed significant correlations between specific dimensions of management and key aspects of well-being, highlighting the relevance of economic-financial and social strategies. Findings emphasize the importance of effective administration of social programs to improve socio-economic well-being, with a Rho coefficient of 0.235 indicating a low positive correlation between variables. Well-planned strategies in economic-financial and social areas emerge as key determinants. These findings have significant implications for the design and implementation of public policies aimed at optimizing the positive impact of social programs on the community.

Management of the Rural Agrarian Productive Development Program and the competitiveness of small and medium-sized agricultural producers in the province of Huarochirí, Lima, Peru, 2023

The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship between the Management of the rural agrarian productive development program and the competitiveness of small and medium-sized agricultural producers in the province of Huarochirí, Lima Peru 2023. For which it was developed under a methodology quantitative, applied, correlational descriptive level, nonexperimental design and cross-sectional research scope. A sample made up of 100 small and medium-sized agricultural producers from the province in question was used; two questionnaires on an ordinal scale were used as instruments to carry out the measurement. The results were obtained that 59% of the small and medium agricultural producers surveyed indicated a medium level of Management of the Rural Agrarian Productive Development Program; followed by 21% a low level and 20% a high level. Likewise, 58% of small and medium agricultural producers indicated that they perceive a medium level of business competitiveness; followed by 27% indicated a high level and 22% a low level. By applying Spearman's Rho test, a positive correlation measurement coefficient of (r = 0.692) was obtained and the significance found (p = 0.000), the latter being less than the established maximum error of 0.05, allowing the proposed hypothesis to be verified. initially, generating the conclusion that the Management of the rural agrarian productive development program is significantly and at the same time positively related to the competitiveness of small and medium-sized agricultural producers in the province of Huarochirí 2023.

Management of the Together and Wellbeing Program in the affiliated homes of the San Martín de Pangoa district, Satipo, Junín region, period 2023

The objective of this study was to determine how the Management of the Juntos Program is related to the well-being of affiliated households in the district of San Martín de Pangoa, Satipo, Junín region, period 2023. Regarding the methodology, it was hypothetical-deductive, type applied and correlational level, the quantitative approach and the non-experimental and transversal design. The population was considered to be 3,173 households benefiting from the Juntos Program for the year 2023. The sample and sampling are probabilistic and simple random applied to 343 families affiliated with the program. For this case, the survey was used as a technique and the questionnaire as an instrument. Internal consistency type reliability was applied, to calculate the reliability of the instruments the Cronbach´s Alpha statistical calculation was applied. Regarding the data processing and analysis plan, the SPSS 26 tool was used. The results were the non-existence of a relationship between the variable Management of the Juntos Program and the variable Wellbeing in Homes in the community of the district of San Martín de Pangoa, Satipo, Junín region, because a Sig. result of 0.826 was obtained, greater than 0.005 error and a correlation coefficient of the Spearman test (rho= 0.012). It is concluded that there is statistical certainty suitable to assert that there is no relationship between the variable Management of the Juntos Program and the variable Wellbeing in Homes in the community of the district of San Martín de Pangoa, Satipo, Junín region for the period 20.

Municipal management andquality in the green areas process, Villa El Salvador District, Lima Peru, 2023

This research had the general objective of determining how Municipal Management influences the Quality in the process of green areas in the District of Villa El Salvador, Lima Peru 2023. The research had a methodology focused on applied research, located under the method of hypothetical-deductive research, with a quantitative approach, with a non-experimental design where two variables operate, municipal management and the quality of the green area process, which affirms the existing influence of one variable on the other. The target population of the study is infinite and was made up of a sample of 384 settlers from the Brisas de Villa Urbanization in the District of Villa el Salvador. The technique used was the survey whose instrument was the questionnaire, which had a Cronbach's alpha consistency for the Municipal Management variable of 0.74, for the Quality variable in the green areas process of 0.614 and for both variables of 0.809. The significance is less than 0.05 (sig. < 0.05) therefore the general hypothesis of the research is accepted where municipal management significantly influences the quality of the process of green areas in the District of Villa El Salvador. Lima Peru, 2023. Therefore, when there is the presence of good municipal Management, there will be, as a consequence, good Quality in the process of green areas in the study municipality.

Natural infrastructure in the headwaters of basins affected by the “El Niño Phenomenon” such as prevention of natural risks, Peru 2023 - 2037

The general objective of the research was to determine the effect of the recovery of ecosystems with Natural Infrastructure in the headwaters of watersheds affected by the "Fenómeno El Niño", for the improvement in the prevention of natural risks, Peru 2023 - 2037. The design contemplates a hypothetical deductive method, a quantitative approach, applied typology, quasi-experimental design with two scenarios, longitudinal cut and prospective causal correlational level. The sample consisted of 168 representative data sets collected for 8 watersheds with viable Natural Infrastructure projects, out of the 17 prioritized by the Reconstruction with Change. The technique used was documentary review or analysis. The data collection form was used as an instrument and the "miscellaneous files" as recording instruments. It is concluded that there is an effect of the recovery of ecosystems with Natural Infrastructure in the headwaters of basins affected by the "Fenómeno El Niño" for the improvement in the prevention of natural risks, Peru 2023 - 2037, demonstrated through a Whitney Mann U test (sig. = 0. 030); which clearly indicates that the Natural Infrastructure contributes to the reduction of disaster risks from the zone of origin of the hazards to floods and mass movements and, in turn, reinforces the effectiveness and prolongs the useful life of the Riparian Defenses and Lamination Dams; as well as in the improvement of the local development of the population, who live in the headwaters of the basins, through its indirect benefits.

Organizational climate and job satisfaction in employees of the professional school of Medical Technology of a Private University of Lima, Peru 2024

The main objective of this research is to determine the relationship between organizational climate and job satisfaction in employees of the professional school of Medical Technology of a Private University in Lima, Peru. The research is applied, using the hypothetical-deductive method, under the quantitative approach and a non-experimental observational design. For the sample, the totality was used, being applied to 120 collaborators of the institution, complying with the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Validated questionnaires were used for the variables under study. The data collected after the application of the surveys were processed with the help of the SPSS software, obtaining a detailed statistical result. The analysis determined significant correlations between the specific dimensions of the study variables. The results showed that there is a high positive and significant relationship between the organizational climate and job satisfaction with a correlation coefficient of 0.700, this shows us that an adequate organizational climate generates greater job satisfaction. Finally, the implementation of loyalty and training strategies for employees will increase job satisfaction to achieve better work performance.

Participación Ciudadana y Cultura Ambiental en jóvenes del distrito de Chaupimarca, Pasco Perú 2024

La participación ciudadana activa permite lo grandes cambios en todos los ámbitos, y puede hacerse escuchar su voz sobre cuestiones discordantes. Este estudio tuvo por finalidad es determinar la relación entre la Participación Ciudadana y Cultura Ambiental en Jóvenes del distrito de Chaupimarca, Pasco Perú 2024, se basa en un enfoque cuantitativo, de diseño no experimental, la muestra es 358 jóvenes del distrito, el instrumento es el cuestionario y la técnica la encuesta. Los resultados fueron que la correlación de Spearman es una correlación positiva y significativa entre la participación ciudadana y la cultura ambiental en el distrito de Chaupimarca (la prueba del rho de Spearman es 0,792; p < 0,000). Esto indica que a medida que aumenta la participación ciudadana, también tiende a aumentar la cultura ambiental en la población encuestada.
