    Humanized nursing care and satisfaction of the user served in the emergency service of a hospital in Junín, 2023

    The objective of the work carried out will be to “determine the relationship between humanized care and patient satisfaction in the emergency service.” Methodology: a study is developed with a quantitative correlational and cross-sectional, non-experimental approach, the sample will be census, taking into account the exclusion and inclusion criteria. Techniques and data collection instrument: Humanized Care, the questionnaire “Perception of humanized nursing care behaviors PCHE Clinicountry 3rd version” will be used; For the patient satisfaction variable, the “Murrieta Mónica patient satisfaction” questionnaire will be used. For statistical analysis: the SPSS version 26 program will be used.
