    Habilidades gerenciales y satisfacción laboral en la dirección de salud del hospital militar, Jesús María, Lima, 2019

    The present study aims to "determine the relationship between management skills and job satisfaction of the personnel of the health department of the Central Military Hospital Lima, 2019". Correlational, non-experimental, cross-sectional study. 91 professionals from various hospital areas participated, who answered two questionnaires on "management skills" and "job satisfaction". Spearman's correlation coefficient (significance level of 5%) was used for inferential statistics. Most of the subjects were nursing graduates (51.6%). A considerable positive simple linear correlation was found between managerial skills and job satisfaction (Rho: 0.781). A considerable positive simple linear correlation was also found between the dimensions communication (Rho: 0.701), leadership (Rho: 0.754), motivation (Rho: 0.709) and job satisfaction. It was concluded that when managerial skills increase, job satisfaction also increases.
