Ítem Acceso abierto Burnout syndrome and its relationship with job performance in nursing professionals at the surgical center of institute in Lima, 2023(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2023-12-17) Vega Yanayaco, Marisol; Mori Castro, Jaime AlbertoThis study is titled: “Burnout syndrome and its association with the work productivity of nurses at the Institute's surgical center in Lima, 2023.” Objective: to examine the association between burnout syndrome and work productivity among nurses in the surgical sector of the Institute in Lima, 2023, the study is correlational, transversal, it will be composed of a total of 80 nurses who work, burnout syndrome will be measured according to their questionnaire with 22 items distributed in different dimensions that are the following: exhaustion dimension, personality dimension and achievement dimension and work performance will be measured through 12 questions in 3 phases: achievement of correlation and cross-sectional experimental study in a surgical room , the instruments they will use is the questionnaire; created and adapted The burnout syndrome questionnaire was made by Maslach Burnout (MBI) developed by Maslach and Jackson (1981), they were validated by expert judgment. The reliability of the emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and personal fulfillment subscales was 82.80.85 correspondingly. The reliability of this instrument is very high, the second instrument created by Campos Huares, Melani (2017), and modified by Gutiérrez Villafuerte Geraldine (2018), where the hypothetico-deductive method applies. Presented before the judgment of specialists and Spearman Brown coefficient with the first dimension (0.750), in the second (0.799) and with the third (0.538). After data collection, these will be analyzed using the Spearman correlation test ( Rho), the results will be presented using the SPSS 26.0 system through graphs that would evaluate the relationship between the 2 variables of the study.
