Determine the factors associated with treatment adherence in patients with Chronic Kidney Disease who attend hemodialysis therapy at the Kidney Clinic, 2022. Methodology: A hypothetical, descriptive, quantitative, observational, non-experimental, correlational analytical research will be carried out. 120 patients diagnosed with kidney disease who attend the Kidney Clinic for hemodialysis treatment during the period July-August 2022 Data Collection Techniques and Instruments: By applying a survey, data will be collected for the study variables. The instrument to be used will be a Likert-type questionnaire titled “Factors associated with treatment adherence in patients undergoing hemodialysis treated in a hospital.” of Huancayo, from October to December 2021” carried out by Vilches, with 23 questions divided into four dimensions and the Morisky – Green Test, validated by Ortega that measures adherence to treatment through four questions. Procedures: The data will be collected for three months at the Kidney Clinic for which a database will be created using the Excel program for Windows and entered into the SPSS program (v-24). Statistical Analysis: Frequency tables and bar diagrams will be obtained for the qualitative variables; To determine the normality of the data, statistical significance tests will be used using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and ANOVA analysis of variance.
