Ítem Acceso abierto Effectiveness of a CPR technique training program for healthcare staff(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2019-12-07) Huaman Rodriguez, Susan Linda; Vela Saboya, Tatiana del Pilar; Arevalo Marcos, Rodolfo AmadoObjective: Systematize the effectiveness of a training program on the appropriate Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation technique. Material and Methods: Systemic Review of international research articles, which have been obtained by searching the database: Google academic, PubMed, Elsevier, Scielo, dialnet, lilacs. Those that have been chosen and analyzed through the Grade System to locate the respective degree of evidence. The search for articles was carried out using the DECS and MESH descriptors for the search in Spanish and English respectively. Of the 10 articles reviewed, 40% (n= 4/10) were quasi-experimental studies, 60% (n= 6/10) were cross-sectional descriptive studies. The products acquired from the review of articles carried out in this research work come from the countries of Spain (20%), Brazil (20%), Mexico (30%), Cuba (30%). Results: 100% (n 10/10) demonstrated high effectiveness after receiving educational training. Conclusion: CPR training interventions were shown to be a useful method of practical theoretical training. HOSPITAL MUNICIPAL SURCO SALUD 2017.(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2018-04-26) Vela Saboya, Tatiana del Pilar; Chávez Flores, Erik MarioEn el presente trabajo de investigación el objetivo: fue determinar el nivel de automanejo en pacientes con diabetes Mellitus Tipo II, en los servicios de Podología Y Endocrinología del Hospital Municipal Surco Salud 2017. Método: el enfoque del estudio fue cuantitativo, de corte transversal, el instrumento utilizado para el automanejo de los pacientes con diabetes mellitus tipo II, es la escala (Partners in Health Scale), este instrumento fue elaborado y validado por un equipo de investigadores de la Universidad Flinders de Australia, fue también utilizado en Australia, México y Perú. Resultados: presentaron que el automanejo del paciente con diabetes mellitus tipo II, el 49.3% presentan un bajo automanejo, el 37.70% indica un alto automanejo y el 13% tienen regular automanejo, Conclusión: se concluye que más de la mitad tiene un bajo automanejo.Ítem Acceso abierto Self-management level in patients with type II diabetes mellitus by sex, in the Podiatry and Endocrinology services of Surco Salud Municipal Hospital, 2017(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2018-04-26) Destres Aro, Lily Paola; Vela Saboya, Tatiana del Pilar; Chávez Flores, Erik MarioIn the present research work, the objective: was to determine the level of self-management in patients with Type II diabetes mellitus, in the Podiatry and Endocrinology services of the Surco Salud 2017 Municipal Hospital. Method: the approach of the study was quantitative, cross-sectional, The instrument used for the self-management of patients with type II diabetes mellitus is the scale (Partners in Health Scale), this instrument was developed and validated by a team of researchers from Flinders University in Australia, it was also used in Australia, Mexico and Peru. Results: presented that the self-management of patients with type II diabetes mellitus, 49.3% have low self-management, 37.70% indicate high self-management and 13% have regular self-management. Conclusion: it is concluded that more than half have low self-management. .
