    Weight loss due to malnutrition and other related elements are difficulties for patients with gastric cancer. Its occurrence has been estimated between 40%-80%, figures that vary according to the type of tumor, location, and clinical stage. The present secondary research titled as a critical review: Assessment of Nutritional status in patients with stomach cancer. Its objective was to evaluate scientific articles assessing the nutritional status of patients with stomach cancer through critical reading, through evidence-based nutrition.
