    Ergonomic risks and musculoskeletal alterations of nursing personnel working in the central sterilization of a hospital III-1, Chiclayo-2023

    The general objective of this research project is to determine the relationship between ergonomic risk and musculoskeletal disorders in the nursing staff working in the sterilization center of a hospital III-1, Chiclayo-2023. The research population consists of all nurses and technicians working in the sterilization center, a total of 80 people. The study design is a hypothetical-deductive, applied, non-experimental cross-sectional design. The survey technique will be used and the questionnaire will be used as an instrument; for variable 1 "Instrument for measuring ergonomic risk", elaborated by Reynoso D. in Huánuco-Peru, and validated by expert judgment in 2019, with a reliability of 0.733 Cronbach's Alpha and for variable 2 "Instrument on musculoskeletal alterations" elaborated by Santamaria R. in Lima-Peru and validated by expert judgment in 2018, with a reliability of 0.981 Cronbach's Alpha. Appropriate statistical tests will be conducted to confirm the hypothesis. The data collected will be processed and analyzed using the SSPS tool.
