    Quality of nursing care and satisfaction of patients with chronic kidney disease in hemodialysis therapy in a private clinic in Lima, 2023

    This project will be developed with the objective of determining the relationship between the quality of nursing care and the satisfaction of patients with chronic kidney disease undergoing hemodialysis therapy in a private clinic. The methodology used will start from a type of applied research with a non-experimental cross-sectional design and a descriptive correlational type applied to a census sample of 60 patients who are provided with two valid and reliable instruments. The evaluation instrument used to measure the quality of care consists of 28 items distributed in three dimensions: technical (with 8 items), interpersonal (with 10 items) and environment (with 10 items). While the satisfaction evaluation instrument consists of 20 items that are distributed in five dimensions: reliability (which includes 4 items), responsiveness (with 4 items), security (which consists of 4 items), empathy (which contains 4 items) and tangible items (comprising 4 items).
