    Knowledge and practice about the sterilization process in the nursing staff of the sterilization centers of the Tarapoto public hospitals, 2023

    The present study had as general objective "To determine the relationship between knowledge and practice on the sterilization process of nursing staff at Tarapoto public Hospitals 2023". Regarding the methodology developed, the method was hypothetical deductive, with a quantitative approach, the type of research is applied, in terms of its research design it is non-experimental, cross-sectional, correlational in scope. The population will be made up of 14 people, the data collection instruments were 2 questionnaires that were validated and passed a reliability analysis, the questionnaire for the knowledge variable was made up of 29 questions with a nominal scale, providing a score of 1 for the correct question. and 0 for the wrong question. For the practical variable of the sterilization process, it consisted of 20 questions with a nominal scale of Yes and No. Finally, Spearman's Rho test will be used, which measures the relationship between two variables; statistical significance if the probability of being wrong is less than or equal to 5 percent (p≤0.05).
