    The main objective of the study was "To establish the relationship between emotional intelligence and resilience to COVID-19 in second specialty nursing students at a private university, Lima - 2023", for this the methodological development took the quantitative and the non-experimental design and correlational level; As a sample, 123 specialization students were considered. In the same way, two questionnaires were used to assess the variables, these being the Traid Meta Questionnaire – Mood Scale: TMMS-24 for Emotional Intelligence with 24 items and 4 dimensions and the Connor Resilience Scale. and Davidson (CD-RISC) of 25 items and 4 dimensions, both applied through the survey and validated through expert judgment, in the same way they obtained high reliability indices through Cronbach's Alpha (0.837 and 0.895); Among the results, a direct and significant relationship was found (p < 0.05 and Rho = 0.354 between the constructs; concluding in this regard that it is evident that Emotional Intelligence is related to Resilience to COVID-19 in second specialty nursing students in a private university, Lima – 2023.
