    Relación entre el estrés y el desempeño laboral en los colaboradores de boticas MiFarma del distrito de Miraflores, junio–agosto 2022

    The purpose of this study is "to determine the relationship between the variables stress and job performance among employees of MiFarma pharmacies in the district of Miraflores in 2022." Methodologically, it was quantitative, hypothetical-deductive, basic, cross-sectional, and correlational. The population and sample consisted of 80 employees of MiFarma in the district of Miraflores. The instrument used was a structured questionnaire with 32 items, which had a Cronbach's Alpha reliability coefficient of 0.954. Data processing was carried out using SPSS v25. In the normality test, the observed values in the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test indicated that the data did not follow a normal distribution; therefore, Spearman's Rho statistic was used. The results revealed that the relationship between the variables was low at 31.3%, medium at 6.3%, and high at 3.8%. In conclusion, the statistical tests indicate that there is "no relationship between the variables (work stress and performance)." Spearman's Rho: 0.095, p = 0.400.
