Sáenz Lima-2016(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2018-07-06) Vergara Pinto, Hilda Rocío; Arispe Alburqueque, Claudia MilagrosObjective: To determine the relationship between the type of surgery and the satisfaction of the user in aesthetic reconstructive surgery and burned on the quality of care received at the National Hospital PNP "Luis Sáenz". Lima-2016. Material and method: an observational, correlational and compared study was conducted in a representative sample of 68 patients of both types of surgeries. Results: We found as a result that when determining the satisfaction of patients operated by aesthetic reconstructive surgery compared to patients operated by burn surgery with respect to the process dimension, there is a significant difference, and the dimensions of adequacy of schedules, comfort, evidence information. and waiting time. That the satisfaction of patients operated on aesthetic reconstructive surgery compared to burnt surgery operated on the infrastructure dimension showed differences in the comfort dimensions of the building and facilities and the assessment of cleanliness. The degree of satisfaction presented by the aesthetic reconstructive surgery service on the quality of care received at the National Police Hospital "Luis Sáenz, was good in large proportion. The degree of satisfaction of the Burns Surgery service regarding the quality of care received at the National Police Hospital "Luis Sáenz" was good in a large proportion. When comparing the degree of satisfaction of the Cosmetic Reconstructive Surgery and Burns Surgery services regarding the Quality of care received at the National Police Hospital "Luis N. Sáenz," statistically significant differences are shown in each of its process dimensions, infrastructure and results. Conclusions: Finally, the degree of satisfaction shown by the services of Cosmetic Reconstructive Surgery and Burns Surgery on the quality of care received at the National Hospital of the Police "Luis Sáenz Lima-2016, shows statistically significant differences in their final weighted evaluation.
