Publicación Acceso abierto Conocimiento del personal profesional químico farmacéutico sobre nutrición parenteral en el Hospital Nacional Dos de Mayo, Lima 2020(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2021-05-18) Collantes Mendoza, Karina Jovana; Vilchez Paz, Stefany BernitaThe objective of this thesis was to determine the level of knowledge of the professional pharmaceutical chemistry staff about parenteral nutrition at the Dos de Mayo National Hospital in Lima, Peru, in 2020. Methodology: The study used a non-experimental, descriptive, quantitative, and cross-sectional methodological design. A 19-question questionnaire was applied to 55 professional pharmaceutical chemists, who constituted 100% of the population at the hospital in 2020. Results: The results showed that the level of knowledge about the composition of parenteral nutrition mixtures and about the complications associated with the use of parenteral nutrition was regular at 41.8% and 36.4%, respectively. Conclusion: According to the results, the level of knowledge of the professional pharmaceutical chemistry staff about parenteral nutrition is regular at the Dos de Mayo National Hospital in 2020. However, it should be noted that the percentages for good and excellent knowledge levels surpass the regular level in both cases. This finding is consistent with the research's bibliographic references.Publicación Acceso abierto Eficacia analgésica de la interacción entre ketoprofeno con metamizol postquirúrgico en el servicio de hospitalización de cirugía del Hospital “José Agurto Tello” de Chosica durante los meses de marzo–julio del 2019(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2021-06-19) Ramírez Sandoval, Ernesto Alfonso; Vilchez Paz, Stefany BernitaThe objective was to determine the analgesic efficacy of the interaction between Ketoprofen and Metamizole for postsurgical pain in the surgery hospitalization service of the "José Agurto Tello" Hospital in Chosica from March to July 2019. Method: The study was observational, with an explanatory-analytical level and a clinical trial design. The sample consisted of 57 post-appendectomy patients in the surgery hospitalization service of the hospital. Pain was evaluated using the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS). Results: The interaction between Ketoprofen + Metamizole produced an average score of 2.64 on the VAS, while Metamizole alone scored 3.00. There was no significant difference in the efficacy of the treatments before and after their application (F=0.003 and p=0.957 > 0.05). Conclusion: The interaction between Ketoprofen + Metamizole is not more effective than Metamizole alone at reducing postsurgical pain in patients who underwent surgery at the "José Agurto Tello" Hospital.Publicación Acceso abierto Factores asociados a los problemas relacionados con medicamentos (PRM) en pacientes hospitalizados en el servicio de medicina general del Hospital Santa Rosa en el año 2021(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2023-05-23) Sotomayor Castro, Marco Antonio; Vilchez Paz, Stefany BernitaDrug-Related Problems (DRPs) constitute a significant issue in the adherence to a patient's pharmacotherapeutic treatment. This research provides tools to identify and prevent the factors that contribute to their occurrence. The objective was to identify the factors associated with DRPs, using a non-experimental, case-control, prospective, and cross-sectional study. Results: A relationship was found between risk factors and the presence of DRPs in hospitalized patients in the General Medicine service of Santa Rosa Hospital. This was demonstrated in 10 variables: inappropriate drug selection, omission of necessary medication, incorrect administration frequency, incorrect administration route, age over 60 years, polypharmacy, renal insufficiency, hepatic insufficiency, narrow therapeutic margin drugs, and high-risk drugs. Statistical data processing was performed using Excel and SPSS, identifying the factors associated with DRPs. A study of quantitative approach, type of applied research, nonexperimental design and correlational level, was carried out at the Heart of Jesus Health Post during the month of January 2018, where 50 workers of the Post participated who met the criteria of inclusion. For data collection such as the technique of observation, interview and survey, and the instrument through a questionnaire validated by the expert judgment of the author Kiember Inca Allccahuaman. For the processing of information, the SPSS program version 22 and Excel were used. The results reveal that there is a statistically significant relationship according to p = 0.000 between the variables of human talent management and the work performance of the health post Sacred Heart of Jesus, there is a statistically significant relationship according to p = 0.007 between human talent management and the quality of work of the work performance of the workers of the health post Sacred Heart of Jesus; Finally, there is a statistically significant relationship according to p = 0.007 between the management of human talent and the work in a work team of the staff of the Sacred Heart of Jesus health post.Publicación Acceso abierto Grado de conocimiento del suministro de medicamento en universitarios del VIII ciclo del periodo 2018-II de la Facultad de Farmacia y Bioquímica de la Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2020-11-06) De La Cruz Flores, Ildaura; Vilchez Paz, Stefany BernitaThe objective of this research was to determine the level of knowledge of medication supply among eighth-cycle university students during the 2018-II period at the Faculty of Pharmacy and Biochemistry of Norbert Wiener Private University. The level of knowledge was measured using a questionnaire, which was validated by hospital-sector experts. It included general data on age, sex, and attitude, as well as 20 cognition questions on the topic. The study was conducted on 102 students, and the data were analyzed using frequency tables. Results: 52.9% of the students had a good level of knowledge about medication supply, 36.3% had an acceptable level, and 10.8% had a deficient level. Regarding the stages, a good level was found in selection (71.6%) and in planning (48.0%), while an acceptable level was found in acquisition (59.8%), storage (47.1%), and distribution (69.9%). A good level was also found in the 'use' stage (59.8%). Conclusion: The study population has a considerable level of knowledge about the topic.Publicación Acceso abierto Programa de intervención Yo Soy mejora el liderazgo pedagógico y el desempeño docente, en instituciones educativas de Lima - 2021(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-03-09) Vilchez Paz, Stefany Bernita; Vásquez Tomás, Melba RitaThis research work addressed the variables: Intervention Program "I AM", Pedagogical Leadership and Teaching Performance; which aimed to determine to what extent the intervention program "I AM" improves Pedagogical Leadership and Teaching Performance, in Educational Institutions in Lima - 2021. It followed the hypothetical-deductive method, quantitative, applied and an experimental design: a quasi-experimental, using survey and observation techniques, as well as the instruments a questionnaire and the observation sheet adapted and validated through the judgment of experts; For the development of the intervention program, there were two groups: a control group and an experimental group who received 30 learning sessions, where the two variables were reinforced in the teachers, using the SPSS version 25 program and the use of of the Microsoft Excel program for processing. Within the results, it is observed that the significance value obtained through the non-parametric statistical test of the Man Whitney U, which was 0.000; rejecting the null hypothesis and accepting the alternative hypothesis where the intervention program "I AM" improved Pedagogical Leadership and Teaching Performance, with respect to the specific hypotheses, the significance value was 0.000; Finally, it is concluded that the intervention program "I AM" improved Pedagogical Leadership and Teaching Performance in educational institutions, in Lima - 2021.
