Materials and methods: The study followed a quantitative approach with a descriptive level and a non-experimental, cross-sectional design. The sample consisted of 85 mothers of children under 5 years old who visited the immunization area of the Mirones Alto Health Center in Lima in 2019. The survey technique was applied, using a questionnaire with 14 questions divided into two dimensions: biosocioeconomic and knowledge. For the statistical analysis, a linear regression test was used. Results: There was an influence of the biosocioeconomic dimension on the dependent variable of yellow fever vaccination compliance, with an R value of 0.593, indicating a moderate positive correlation, and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. This suggests that these factors are related to mothers complying with the vaccination. Regarding the knowledge dimension, there was also an influence on the dependent variable of yellow fever vaccination compliance in children under 5 years, with an R value of 0.900, indicating a very strong positive correlation, and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. This suggests that these factors strongly influence mothers' compliance with the vaccination. Conclusion: There is an influence of factors associated with yellow fever vaccination compliance.Ítem Acceso abierto Knowledge about immunizations and compliance with vaccines in children from 1 to under 5 years of age at the Mirones Alto Health Center, Lima 2019(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2019-10-29) Villafuerte Cosme, Juliana Nancy; Gonzales Saldaña, Susan HaydeeObjective: Determine the level of knowledge about immunizations and compliance with vaccines in children from 1 to under 5 years of age at the Mirones Alto Health Center, Lima 2019.
