Ítem Acceso abierto Organizational climate and job satisfaction of nursing staff working in the central sterilization of a level III hospital 2023(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2023-07-16) Villajuan Reyes, Elisa Jully; Cárdenas de Fernández, María HildaOrganizational climate and job satisfaction are two important variables that should be evaluated in all their dimensions in the different types of organizations, where the perception that employees have of their work environment will be evaluated. An identified and satisfied collaborator in his work will be a key and valuable piece for his institution. The nursing personnel working in the sterilization centers are constantly facing various changes and challenges that go hand in hand with scientific and technological advances. It is an area of high responsibility, where having a good working environment and satisfied personnel, with constant support from the authorities, would contribute positively to the commitment and productivity of the collaborators. Objective: To determine how the organizational climate is related to the job satisfaction of the nursing staff working in the sterilization center of a III level hospital 2023. Method: Applied study, hypothetical deductive model, quantitative approach, descriptive correlational design. The population will consist of 43 people, the collection technique will be the survey, two validated instruments will be used in our reality, the Litwin and Stringer scale, consisting of 53 items and 9 dimensions, reliable through Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.83, and the SP job satisfaction scale consisting of 36 items with 0.790 reliability through Cronbach's alpha. These instruments will be applied through the Google Form, after informing the participants.
