Publicación Acceso abierto Factores asociados al consumo frecuente de inhibidores selectivos de la 5-fosfodiesterasa y reacciones adversas en una botica del distrito de Lince – 2021(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-05-18) Saavedra Aguilar, Emerita; Villalobos Juárez, Silvia Elva; Alvarado Chávez, BrittThe objective of this research was to determine the relationship between factors associated with the frequent consumption of selective 5-phosphodiesterase inhibitors and adverse reactions in users at a drugstore in the Lince district in 2021. The methodology employed was a deductive method, with a quantitative approach, basic research type, and a non-experimental correlational design. The sample consisted of 165 users visiting a drugstore in the Lince district. The data collection technique was a survey, and the instrument was a questionnaire using a Likert measurement scale, validated by three experts from the Faculty of Pharmacy and Biochemistry. Results: Of the 165 users, 53.9% (n=89) had a high consumption of 5-phosphodiesterase inhibitors, and 46.1% (n=76) had a regular consumption. Regarding adverse reactions, 6.1% (n=10) were very frequent, 47.9% (n=79) were frequent, and 46.1% (n=76) were infrequent. Conclusion: A moderate correlation exists (Rho=0.688,p=0.000) between factors associated with the frequent consumption of selective 5-phosphodiesterase inhibitors and adverse reactions.
