As a data collection tool, an electronic survey was used. In the first section, sociodemographic characteristics were investigated, as well as pre-existing factors. In the second section, the Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale (GAD7) was used. The results showed that the factors significantly associated with anxiety in nursing staff, determined by Spearman's Rho, with p value ≤ 0.01, are service time (Rho= -0.27**), consumption of psychoactive substances (Rho= -0.22**), worry about becoming infected (Rho= 0.32**), worry about family burden (Rho= 0.26**), worry about insufficient or scarce PPE (Rho= 0.25**), worry about work overload (Rho= 0.36**), worry about economic situation (Rho= 0.32**), difficulty dealing with emotions (Rho= 0.77 **)Ítem Acceso abierto Quality of nursing care and its relationship with post-operative patient satisfaction in a private institution - Lima 2023(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2023-12-10) Villanueva Pampañaupa, Silvia Anggel; Morillo Acasio, Berlina del RosarioThe following research aims to: Determine the relationship between the quality of nursing care and the satisfaction of the patient after surgery in the private clinic - Lima 2023. Therefore, the hypothesis will be contracted, using as statistical estimate the Spearman test, with a confidence level of 95%, an error of 5%, which will be reflected in the contingency table for both variables.
